Clayton Morrison, a 26-year-old Killdeer High School graduate, won the steer wrestling short round and finished second in the average at the National Western Stock Show & Rodeo in Denver last weekend to pocket nearly $9,000 and move into an first place spot in the PRCA standings with $11,500 earned for the season. Morrison’s primary residence is currently Cavalier and he is a graduate of the University of Wyoming.
