Consider Nate Moody’s redshirt officially pulled. The North Dakota State true freshman receiver from Dickinson High School, a 6-1, 184-pound preferred walk-on with the Bison, had one catch for five yards in NDSU’s 51-21 win over Missouri State on Saturday night.
It seemed like an eventuality that Moody would see time this season. Because of a depleted receiving corps, he had traveled with the team to both its road games this season. Moody was in on quite a few plays toward the end of the game, I’m told.
He played most of the game. Questionable coaching on this one.
