Zentner ends regular season as Region 7′s leading scorer; No. 1 Beulah and No. 3 Trinity are top offense, defense

Here are the final regular-season leaders in scoring for Region 7 boys basketball. District tournaments begin Friday with the District 13 Tournament at Trinity’s Knights of Columbus Activities Center and the District 14 Tournament at Beulah High School gymnasium.

Mott-Regent senior guard Taylor Zentner, fresh off a season-high 32 points in a loss to Grant County on Monday night, heads into the postseason as Region 7′s leading scorer at 21.5 points per game. No. 1-ranked Beulah is the top-scoring team at 72.9 points per game with No. 3-ranked Dickinson Trinity checking in as the top defensive team, giving up just 41.3 points per game.
